Tickets Purchase

Availability and prices of tickets on the FORYOUTICKET exchange system are set by market demand, not by FORYOUTICKET.

The "Face Value" is the term used to refer to the price printed on the ticket, the price at which the ticket has been sold in the primary market. This price is set by the promoter of the concert, the local or by the event organizer.

The value of a ticket can be differentiated from the selling price because FORYOUTICKET tickets are sold at "market value". That is the price the consumer is willing to pay for a ticket to a specific event.

If the event is very popular, the selling price will be higher than the original ticket price and viceversa.

In most cases, listings up to two tickets are listed as tickets together. Please check the data in the row and column provided by the seller and any additional comments in which reference is made in the list, for more details.

If you cannot buy 2 tickets from a list of 3, it simply means the seller has used an option to not leave a single ticket. Thus, you can only buy 1 or 3 tickets.

It is not currently possible to confirm the exact location of your seats, as this information may have not been provided to sellers yet. In some cases, the seat numbers may not be available until the tickets are received by the seller. Please consult a map of the event to view the approximate location of your tickets.

FORYOUTICKET is a market in which buyers and sellers are brought together, to exchange tickets in a safe and guaranteed way. The seller must provide the maximum possible information about tickets in the corresponding field.

Upon payment for ticket purchase

FORYOUTICKET currently admits the following forms of payment:

  • Credit and debit cards: Credit cards can be used both to buy tickets and as a warrantee when selling tickets. We accept Visa, Carte Bleue Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Switch and Electron. Credit and debit card cannot be used to receive payments.
  • PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can use it both to buy tickets and to receive payment for tickets sold at FORYOUTICKET. You can use your PayPal account for payments in both Euros and American Dollars.

IMPORTANT: FORYOUTICKET authorizes your debit/credit card when buying tickets on our website. This means the bank accepts retaining the ticket price.

Should you experience problems with your payment, check as indicated in the list below, before retrying the payment:

  • Make sure you have entered the security code of your card correctly (also called CVV2 or CVC2).
  • In Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Electron: the last 3 digits that appear on the back of your credit or debit card.
  • In American Express: the last 4 digits on the front of your card - on the right side, towards the middle.
  • Make sure the data of the debit/credit card you have provided are from a valid card with expiration date far in time and sufficient funds available to cover the sale.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company to let them know you are authorizing a payment to FORYOUTICKET - an Internet company based in the UK and confirm the amount of the sale.

The entity responsible for making the payment may reject the sale if you suspect something´s wrong. This can occur in case of international transactions with a high value.

The charge on your card will appear on your bank statement as "FORYOUTICKET" if you paid with a credit/debit card or ELV. If you paid with iDEAL then the charge will appear as "Global Collect".

Please use the email confirmation you received after the order was confirmed by the seller, as a receipt. This confirmation email serves to authorize the sale, as well as proof of warranty and contains all relevant transaction data.

Invariably, we have to inform you that FORYOUTICKET emits no printed receipt for their customers. FORYOUTICKET is an online company and therefore all correspondence is done online.

To ensure the tickets, each seller must enter the details of their credit card before listing. Thus, we know the identity of our sellers and we can charge them in any amount incurred due to fraud, abuse and errors on their part.

In any situation of ticket fraud, you should contact us immediately and let us know what the problem is. Then we will begin a correct ticket searching or spare tickets, and charge the seller with any costs that this would cause.

We also have the right to expel seller’s trade on our website, if a fraud intention is discovered.

Upon ticket delivery

The seller will usually receive your tickets 7 days before the event. Sometimes they are received before, but as it´s something that varies depending on the company, this is a reasonable stretch of time.

Please ensure the following:

  • You have provided the correct shipping address
  • Someone may sign for the tickets when they arrive
  • Notify us immediately if you need to change the address
  • Notify us immediately if you are traveling in the near future to the concert
  • In which dates are you traveling and the address where you will stay
  • If you are staying in a hotel close to the event date; please provide the name of your hotel, the name with which you have registered and the date of arrival

Sellers will send tickets in this case to you and you will be notified by email, as soon as they are sent. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order at all times. Just sit back, relax and wait for your tickets to arrive!

IMPORTANT: We are not always able to change the shipping address once you have placed the order (since it depends on the status of your order). Therefore, if you need to change the shipping address please contact us immediately.

In the unfortunate event that your tickets have not arrived 72 hours before the event, please contact us.

Please note that you are covered by the FORYOUTICKET warranty.

Tickets are normally dispatched one to two weeks before the event. This is because each promoter emits their tickets differently.

We encourage sellers to send us the tickets as soon as received. You must wait to receive the tickets 3 days before the event. We monitor all transactions and take the necessary actions to find replacement tickets if any problems were to arise with your order. As soon as your tickets are shipped, you will receive an email from us confirming the way of shipping and the confirmation number the tickets were shipped with.

Tickets to international addresses are sent using fast and safe ways of shipment and you should receive them in time to be able to travel to the event.

If the event date is too close and your trip plan has already been closed, please contact us and give us an alternative delivery address. In any case, if you have not received the tickets 72 hours before the event, please contact us.

Each transaction is covered by the FORYOUTICKET warranty and we assure you that we will do everything possible so that our customers receive the tickets in time for the event.

Please note that we will keep in direct contact with the ticket seller and we will contact you when we have any information about your order.

All shipping methods include tracking and require a signature for delivery.

Current shipment company is UPS, both for local and international deliveries.

If you're traveling to the event venue and you need to give us a new address as the event date approaches, simply follow these steps:

  • Access My Account
  • Go to the tab "Shopping" and seek for the ticket to change address.
  • Select the target and click the drop-down menu that is at the bottom right and choose 'Change Shipping Address'
  • Select a new shipping address from the one you already have in your account or enter a new address.

To ensure a guaranteed delivery, all our shipping methods require a signature to confirm receipt of tickets.

It is convenient to remember when selecting a shipping address that ticket sellers will normally receive them from the event organizers, within 7 days notice. If your address is different from usual during this period (eg because you are traveling to another city/country), please contact us so we are aware of it as soon as possible.

You can decide to deliver tickets to another address (eg a friend or family member), provided you ensure there will be someone to sign for the tickets. Just make sure that you enter the correct shipping address when ordering.

Once you have placed the order, you should note that we are not always able to change the delivery address, so choose carefully the shipping address when placing your order, considering what´s indicated above.

Again, if you need to change it later, please let us know ASAP so we can help you.

Since we offer a 100% warantee on all purchases, we need to be able to track the transaction and order at all times. This is why we only work with companies that track the shipment and the progress of your tickets.

Shipping options are predetermined by our system. First look at the buyer and sellers location, and then set the cheapest shipping method, also based on the range of time between your purchase and the date of the event. Collect the tickets in person may be the only option if a time restriction is presented.

You can decide to deliver tickets to another address (eg a friend or family member), provided you ensure there will be someone to sign for the tickets. Just make sure that you enter the correct shipping address when ordering.

To ensure the guaranteed delivery of your tickets, we work with companies that track the progress of your order. The tracking number is the number of your order for shipment, provided by the courier company. With this number, we can check the current delivery status at any time.

After the seller has sent the tickets and got the tracking number, you must enter it in your FORYOUTICKET account and we will immediately send you an email with that number.

Later, you can check the status of your online order. To do this, visit the official website of the courier company (eg. Mail, FedEx) and enter the tracking number in the "Locator" section.

If you have entered an incorrect address, we cannot provide replacement tickets or a refund, as our Warranty does not cover this situation. This is established in the General Conditions of FORYOUTICKET.

Please contact the courier company which performed the delivery, so they can know the status of your tickets. If this is the case, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope to be able to locate your tickets successfully.

Shipping options are predetermined by our system. It will first look at the location of the buyer and seller, and will then set the cheapest shipping method, also based on the range of time between your purchase and the date of the event.

The collection of tickets at the event venue is sometimes available - it will appear as one of the shipping options when purchasing your tickets.

If a mishap occurs when sending the tickets, please contact us so we can help you find a solution.

If you are not at home when the tickets arrive, the courier company will leave you a message asking you to contact them.

You can then contact them to arrange a new delivery date and to make sure you get your tickets in time for the event. Alternatively, you can also ask another person to collect the tickets for you.

Occasionally, we receive information that there has been a delay in the printing of the tickets by the promoter of the event.

Once the order has been confirmed, buyers are assured that they will receive the correct tickets in time for the event. In the unlikely event that a problem arises, FORYOUTICKET will provide equivalent or better tickets.

As soon as your tickets are shipped, you will receive an email from us with the form of shipping and their confirmation number. You can use this information to track the status of your tickets.

In the unfortunate event that you have not received your tickets or heard from us 72 hours before the event, please contact us.

In line with our warranty, you will not be allowed to collect your tickets from the seller directly.

As part of our warrantee, we take care of all communication between clients. Thus, we will always answer any question for you if any deal with the seller is presented.

We are committed to improving the reputation of the secondary market for tickets, and that's one of the reasons why we have to fix all our items with the FORYOUTICKET warrantee.

Purchasing from abroad

To ensure safe shipping, all our shipping methods require a signature upon delivery.

It is useful to remember when selecting a shipping address that ticket sellers will normally receive them from the event organizers, with 7 days notice.

If your address will be different than usual in the upcoming dates of the event (eg because you are traveling to a city/different country), please let us know ASAP.

Please note that you don’t have to give your family address as the place for delivery, but you can also send tickets to your office, to the house of a relative, if you are not at home on the delivery time.

Again, if you need to change it later, please let us know ASAP so we can help.

Although we do not make international shipments to certain locations, we can ship and deliver orders in all countries that are listed with us (complete list available in the 'Address' field in My Account).

Many countries already have established shipping methods (eg most European countries and the United States), but some have not and you can realize it because the link 'Buy' will not be available next to the list of tickets. We regularly check if there are listings that require establishing a new form of payment, but if you want to do this directly, please contact us.

We have many customers who travel abroad to attend events that are listed on our website, and we understand that you might be concerned if your tickets are submitted in the near future dates to the event, where you have closed dates to travel.

Please be sure to work closely with sellers so your tickets will arrive safely and in time for the event. Furthermore, we can be flexible and accommodate to your travel plans.

If you have not received your tickets a few days before the date you need to travel, please check the following and give us any information we may need:

  • Ensure that there will be someone waiting to sign for the tickets when they arrive.
  • Tell us the dates that you will be traveling and where you will be staying.
  • Tell us if you will stay in a hotel; provide us with the hotel information, the name by which you are housed and the date of arrival.

Selling Tickets

We will send your payment directly into your PayPal account or by wire transfer if you require so.

Wire transfer can be used with bank accounts for payment of tickets sold for the specific currency Euros (€).

PayPal is a safe and well established company that allows sending money to people with the e-mail address. Go to "Open a Paypal account" for more details.

Please add a PayPal account your payment forms and make sure that you select it as the default payment.

Here you will find how to do this step by step.

To charge by Paypal:

  • Log in to your account by entering your email address and password
  • Click on My Account - the link is located at the top of the browser screen
  • Under "Account", choose "Payment methods"
  • Click on "Add PayPal account"
  • Enter a valid email address (make sure to enter the same email you use for your Paypal account)
  • Click on Save

When you have added Paypal to your forms of payment, make sure that is reflected as “Default”. If not, click on the button below.

You will get paid 5 to 8 business days after the event and after receiving confirmation of the following:

  • your tickets have been received, that is, your order has been delivered with the tracking of a delivery on time.
  • or your tickets have been collected by our sale couriers on the day.
  • or the event has passed (if collected at the event).
  • All tickets were shipped exactly as stated in the order. You will receive an email confirming the payment, once it is done.

Please note that the delay in payment allows us to protect the interests of our buyers and our sellers, and offers the buyer a week after confirmation of receipt, to verify the validity of tickets.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. Thank you for your understanding in this matter, as it encourages our website to be a safer place, while improving the experience for buyers and sellers.

The reason for delay in payment to sellers (5-8 days after the event) is that we are doing everything necessary to protect the interests of our buyers and sellers.

Part of this protection involves ensuring the exchange of valid tickets, so we offer the buyer one week (from receipt of shipment) to challenge the validity of the tickets.

While we apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you, we appreciate your understanding with this issue, which will make of our site a safer place.

If you have not received your payment 10 working days after submission of tickets to the buyer, please contact us and we will look it for you.

Remember you will only get paid ten working days after we have confirmation of the following:

  • Your shipment has been delivered with the tracking of a delivery on time
  • or your tickets have been collected by our sale couriers on the day
  • the event has passed (in case of collection at the event) and all tickets were shipped exactly as stated in the order.

Please note that delay in payment allows us to protect the interests of our buyers and our sellers, and offer the buyer a week from the confirmation of receipt, to ascertain the validity of the tickets. While we apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you, we appreciate your understanding with this issue, which will make our site a safer place.

Sometimes we try to pay sellers directly (Bank Transfer) and unfortunately the transaction cannot be completed successfully because the data you provided from your bank account is incomplete or incorrect.

Please contact us for re-payment.

You can always change your mind and edit/cancel/remove ticket listings yourself. Please pay attention to the following:

If you need to remove the tickets from your account immediately, you should know that you cannot remove any ticket if it has been acquired or if a bid has been set on it. If you delete tickets from your account before a buyer acquires them, you may have to take care of the difference in the cost of replacement to find substitute tickets.

Removing your tickets from your website is easy - just follow these steps:

  • Go to My Account (located at the top of your browser window)
  • Login with your email and password
  • Once in your account, go to the section called "Sales"
  • Choose the ticket you want to delete click on the "Delete" button

Sending tickets by sellers

To ensure guaranteed delivery of tickets, we only work with courier companies with tracking shipment services.

Once you have purchased your tickets and confirmed the sale, you will receive an email with specific instructions on how to send the tickets to the delivery method selected.

Please follow the instructions in your email for safe shipping and tracking.

When listing tickets, you must enter a date of availability; the date you expect to receive tickets, if still not in your possession.

Please note that in some cases tickets are not issued until 1-2 weeks before the event date, which is totally normal. If you are not sure when you will receive them, please enter a date between 1 and 2 weeks before the event.
